You can't get men better than the thousands of men who have been volunteering for Real Men Cook on Father's Day year after year, in fact, for 20 years now. These guys get little love from the community but the book by the co-founder of Real Men Cook acknowledges our volunteer cooks in a special way. That's why the president of the US, Barack Obama took a few minutes of his time to volunteer. No he didn't cook but he SERVED and that's what it's all about, serving the community. People come for the food, but we feed their souls with the visuals of men there with their children, generations of men with their families, the forgotten and under celebrated. One brother who has volunteered now has a show on the Food Network. It's Jeff Henderson. Thanks to our Dallas manager, Terry Allen, Jeff's a fan of the men who participate in Real Men Cook. Please take time to view Jeff's story and the young people he mentors with food at
